Mobility Physical Therapy and Wellness is a cash based integrative wellness, life coaching and physical therapy practice. We are located in Robinson, Illinois inside Roots Integrative Medicine. Dr. Nicole specialize in orthopedic and sports medicine, nervous system regulation, and functional medicine with over 15 years of experience. Her approach helps people heal from anxiety, body pain, and poor health habits by integrating bodywork, mindset training, and functional medicine into customized treatment plans.

Who is Dr. Nicole 

After experiencing severe burnout twice—first in traditional medicine while building a $5.8 million project, then again in her own business— Dr. Nicole discovered that true healing isn’t a solo journey. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 51 certifications in bodywork, neuro linguistic programming, hypnosis, and trauma-informed care, she now helps burnt-out service providers heal and serve without sacrificing themselves. Using her signature framework, Dr. Nicole has worked with over 3,000 clients including olympians, pro athletes, and 6, 7, and 8 figure business owners. Through her unique approach to Nervous System Centered Care, she shifts the focus from self-care to community care, offering measurable ways to understand biology, reclaim energy, and prevent burnout for good.
